Why CBD Oil

The CBD plant contains nearly 500 active compounds, many of which are found only in the CBD plant. These compounds are called cannabinoids. THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) and CBD (cannabidiol) are both cannabinoids, but there are many differences between them. As you probably know, THC causes you to get high. CBD, on the other hand, is a non-psychoactive substance. It is possible to isolate CBD, allowing you to use it without getting high.

How can I check if you are certified?

Cannatheek/CannaOil NL are active members of the CAN (Cannabinoids Adviesbureau Nederland) and the NVWA which both have a monitoring function. All our products and raw materials comply with current laws and regulations and are checked per batch for contaminants and ingredients. COA’s of the various products are available at the main location of the Cannatheek in Enschede. We do everything we can to comply fully transparently with the set conditions for food supplements because Cannatheek has international ambitions and cannot afford not to comply with these regulations.

How many drops of CBD oil should I use?

The use of the CBD can vary from person to person and from product to product. Always start slowly and with a low dose. The advice is to start with 1 to 2 drops at a time and then use this 3 times a day every 5 to 6 hours. After this you can adjust the dosage as needed. Also read the information present in the product itself for advice on the use. The correct dosage of CBD Oil varies from person to person. Never exceed the DAH of 160mg per day without consulting your doctor.

What is CBD?

CBD stands for “Cannabidol” and is one of no less than 100+ cannabinoids (active substances) that occur naturally in CBD. CBD is extracted from the buds/flowers of female plants. The CBD products we sell are made from hemp, this hemp is grown in the Netherlands, Denmark and Switzerland, among other countries.

A cannabinoid is a substance that can bind to a cannabinoid receptor, of which there are at least 2 types, CB1 and CB2. Cannabinoid receptors are part of the human body and are involved in various physiological processes including appetite, pain, mood swings and memory.

What is the best way to take CBD?

The CBD is best taken under the tongue, let it sit for a while and then swallow. The easiest way to do this is with a pipette bottle drop and with paste on the finger and then lubricate under the tongue. For more precise dosing, you can also drip it on your hand and then lick it up with your tongue. Some people don’t like the taste, in that case you can also drip the oil on a piece of bread although the absorption will be less, or choose a water-soluble product which you can mix in your drink (VIDEO). Before use, always shake well.

What are the effects of CBD Oil?

The effects of CBD Oil are many and vary from person to person. Every user has their own experience with CBD, and so there is no one-size-fits-all answer to the question of what the influences of CBD Oil are. CBD oil for sleep is great for those who have problems going to sleep.

Is hemp oil the same as CBD Oil?

Hemp oil is not CBD oil and we will never call it that. Buying hemp oil is actually the same as buying THC rich oil. However, we will never meet this demand because selling CBD oil is prohibited. There is strict oversight of sellers of CBD products that contain cannabinoids to ensure that the opium law is not violated. For example, if there were THC in the products, the opium law would be violated. That is why there is never THC in our CBD products.
