"We went to Colbert, Ok. to buy our Cougar 302RLS. The prices and items included with the sale didn't come close to other dealers in Texas. Kevin in sales was super friendly, honest and not pushy. They even delivered the Cougar to our property in Mason, Texas. The rest of the staff were equally friendly and helpful. "We recently purchased a Montana fifth wheel at the Nacogdoches location. Kenny in sales was referred to us by an RV friend and he found us the fifth wheel just right for us and he checked up on us during our campout with the new rig to make sure we were doing okay. June was knowledgeable and friendly when completing all the paperwork. Josh, Eddie and all the service crew were friendly and very competent, completing the hitch receiver installation in our truck is less time than estimated. Richard was so very patient and helpful when explaining more about our rig and towing and assisting us in a practice hitching and backing exercise right on their lot. We were even invited to join their Christmas party for a meal! Kenny said during our first visit that we would become members of their family and we certainly feel that way. There are so "little" things they do in terms of customer service that speak volumes about the way this business is run. That's a rare thing these days. We felt that they sincerely cared about our experience in purchasing the rig, helping us to learn about it, and instilling confidence in us with it, insuring that we enjoy our new fifth wheel for many years to come. "hey guys the rv station in cleveland is the best connie and her staff go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to her customers they try very hard to make you feel like family and have a very relaxed store connie had tried 2 other times to get me financed for my camper but because of some stuff on my credit report she could not but she still would not give up she told me each time what i needed to do and each time she got closer to closing on a deal finally after the third time which they say is a charm and with connie at the wheel i believe it is she would not give up it took a little while for her to make it happen but finally i got the camper of my dreams and at the financing price i could live with my wife and i are very happy with our camper and wish to take this time to thank connie and her staff for a very pleasent sell and a job well done with out any of that salesperson preasure you get at all the other dealerships again thank you very much connie and cleveland rvstation don isaac "

"The first time I found what I wanted in style, features, price, and service was when I met Richard and his wife June at RV Station in Nacogdoches. I contacted RV Station about a RV that I was interested in and I found I was impressed with Richard and the manner in which he conducts business; so impressed that I drove 200 miles to get the deal we closed on. (Understand this is a 400 mile round trip because I live in the Dallas area). And, guess what? When it was time to get a bigger, nicer unit I did not hesitate one bit to drive back to Nacogdoches.
